Kevin and Shari took the time to explain diamonds in detail, to show stones in different lighting, point out their defects, etc. To top this, their service was prompt and their workmanship of good quality. Finally, the price for the same quality diamond and the same certification was about 10-20% lower than any other jeweler, which could mean a difference of over a thousand dollars or in some cases, even more.
