We visited Agami for the third time on the Thursday after Christmas, and remain impressed with this great place. The editorial review is old - they do have their liquor license and have a good selection of sakes. The waitress also let us sample some of the names we weren't familiar with before we picked a bottle.
Their fish is excellent, especially compared to other nearby spots. They serve very fresh, very good-size cuts of nigiri, with very little rice and wasabi. It's a much more genuine experience than other places, which have only rolls and nasty fish. The ambience is great, especially the big red booths up front, though next time we'll probably sit next to the sushi bar to talk to the chefs.
We finished our meal with some tamago and a little bottle of sparkling sake. It was fantastic and we will definately be back soon!
Pros: Exceptional fish, focus on 'real' sushi, great sake, fun ambience

I took my fiance, our friend, and my sister to Benihana recently to celebrate Christmas and my sister's Christmas birthday. I've been to other hibachi restaurants but not specifically Benihana's. The drinks were excellent, the food was delicious and the staff was attentive and friendly. The dinner show was not as great as other Japanese hibachi restaurants I've been to, but you can hardly complain about that, since everything else was so great. We ate drank and socialized with each other and the other couple at the table who were also celebrating a Christmas birthday, and had a great time. I will be back as soon as I can afford it!
Pros: Great food, great drinks, friendly staff
Cons: pricey, a little crowded

I have been eating at this sushi place for 3 years now and love it just as much if not more every time i go. The food is great. I stick mostly to maki rolls but have also had the sashimi and nigi which are great. I also have had their teriak dinner and undon noodle dishes that are delightful. All their portions are very generous. The miso soup and app. ginger salad are fantastic and get you warmed right up! Besides the sushi, the company is great. It is a family owned and operated place. The hostes/server/owner Lee is always there to greet you with a smile and a "see you tomorrow" and her husband Jesse is the master behind the sushi! His sister Lillia is the charming lady/server who always loves to talk to you:) Exceptional food and exceptional company.
Pros: sushi, service, portions
Cons: parking can be an issue. also closed for weekend lunch and btwn 230-5
