I had the greatest experience a first time mother could ever have at a hospital. My care was GREAT! The nurses and doctor's were patient with me, informative and had great bedside manner. Everything was going great with my delivery until my son decided to turn transverse (sideways) and I needed an emergency c-section. The staff was fast and saved my son. My 3 day stay was wonderful, the food was great and they wasted no time getting me back on my feet. I would recommend Micheal Reese Hospital to anyone giving birth...They Are Awesome!

Having spent many weeks in Michael Reese Hospital after undergoing an extensive brain surgery. I can tell you from first hand experience that the medical/surgical care is some of the best in the country. As a nurse with many years experience, none of which were at Reese, I do recognize when the rendered care is a high quality. Subsequent testing done there supported my initial conclusions and I would travel from my present home in Florida up to Chicago, should the need arise, just to be in safe and excellent hands.

Micheal Reese hospital is a great teaching hospital. One of my friends is a resident there and I have gone in with her several times as a "shadow" to observe. This hospital is great and really takes care of its patients well. It is situated near the downtown Chicago area and has great facilities to offer. The interns working here are well trained and are given very specific instructions by the physicians. If you go to this hospital, you can rest assured that you are in good hands.

Michael Reese Hospital is one of the greatest institutions of medicine in the country. It has been established in the end of the 19th century and has served as a landmark in Chicago. Michael Reese has always attracted the best and brightest doctors. It offers world class healthcare and has a focus on the community. Many have benefited from the meticulous care offered here. Many services and all subspecialties are available. The resident staff is excellent and well-trained. Their bedside manner and knowledge are rivaled by other top-notch programs.
