This is my favorite Borders, because it is always so quite. The ones that are closer to downtown have a tendency to have a lot of tourists swimming around in them looking for books on Chicago and it is hard to sit down and relax. This place has a great staff.

I know this place really places its emphasis on the electronics it carries, but I go here for a different reason. Whenever I am traveling, I stop in here to buy a suitcase. This place has a really big variety of suitcases and they come in all different shapes, sizes, and colors. Believe it or not, these suitcases will be priced at less than half of what you would pay at any other department store (even places like Wal Mart). The suitcases last for a few trips, then its time for another. But for that prices, you gotta love the suitcase you get!

If your computer need repairs or upgrades (hardware or software), this is a great computer store to bring it to. It is very much like Best Buy, but I think the service here is better. I have never bought anything from here, but the two times I have brought in my computer for repairs, I have always gotten great service. They always know what to do and have the problem solved as soon as possible. Their rates were pretty reasonable too and my computer worked like new once I got it back.

I LIKE THERE BIG SELECTION OF DVD MOVIES,WHICH I SPEND ALOT OF TIME LOOKING THROUGH AND ALSO HAVE GREAT SALES OCCASIONAL ON THEM ALSO WHERE I HAVE GOTTEN THEM CHEAP. BOUGHT MY DVD PLAYER THERE WHEN IT WAS ON SALE FOR ONLY $30 WHICH I THOUGHT WAS A STEAL. STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL IN YOU FINDING WHAT EXACTLY YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. I have been to this Border's location several times looking for medical books. I like this Border's because their medical section is quite good and well packed with books. I also like the fact that they will order anything for you if they don't have it on their shelves.
The pricing here is pretty much the same as any big retailer BUT if you sign up for their rewards club, you will be able to get coupons where you can save 30% on certian days. 30% is a lot of savings, especially when you buy expensive books like me.

This is truly a computer superstore. They have all you need to build your own computer, upgrade your computer, software, media and a nice clearance/returns section, too. No hassle with returns, good hours (open till 9-10 p.m.) If you're into Apple computers, they have a whole room full of them and people who can help you out with compatibility issues, as well. They have some really good sales, too.

This is a pretty good repair shop! Their staff is very friendly and they know tons about memory. Instead of explaining things in computer language they break it down so that a five year old could understand, so don't be intimidated. I have had to visit them to get an old computer fixed up and they hooked me up really good. They are as good as Geek Squad. They also sell computer books so you could maintain and some problems your own computer. Great place. Not overpriced, and not underpriced. Great service!

I really like this location of their chain. They have a helpful staff that makes sure you have all your questions answered about anything you want to know regarding they products. I have been to their Ford City location and no one there even seems to realize you are standing next to them let alone help you. The one on Armitage once gave me a problem about price matching until I called up customer service for help. But at this location everyone and I mean EVERYONE in here makes sure that I am helped. Once person even brought over a basket for me when they thought my hands looked a little full and could use a little help. The managers there are always pleasant. I can't find a single thing to say bad about this location. It is their best run location in the chain as far as I am concerned.

This was a nice little computer store to visit just to browse around. However, I wouldn't really recommend buying from CPS just because you can get a lot of the items cheaper if you buy them online instead. That's not really their fault, though, since they are a small store. The people there were very friendly and helpful.
