The service here is ridiculous,. the wait is crazy and the staff is rude!!!!! There is language barrier with most of the patients and appointments take forever to get scheduled.

We love to stay at the Palmer House, it has a great location in Chicago and all the times we have stayed there we have had nothing but great things to say.
By far our favorite Chicago hotel!

My grandmother was using this service for a short time while she could not cook for herself. She's a pretty hard judge of what's good in terms of food, but she gave this place pretty good ratings. She said the meals were always fresh and well prepared. They hade a variety of meals, so she wasn't always stuck eating the same thing day after day. it is a very convenient service and perfect for those who can't cook for themselves, but don't want to be dependant on others either. The meals are pretty healthy too so its much better than getting Chinese delivered!
