My rating for Peoples Energy is a big FAT "0". Since November 6, 2006 I have been trying to get my gas service turned on. I called that 1-800-556-6001 at least five times. I have spoken to a Franz, a Sherry a Darrell and a Supervisor by the name of David Martin. NO ONE, No one has helped me. Peoples Energy says they cannot find my address. Here's the KICKER! Just the other day the postman/lady put a people's energy envelope in my box by mistake. How can the Gas company find a meter for the apartment underneath me @ the same address, same side just a different floor but can't find a meter registered for nor they claim can not find my address to turn gas service on?! I'm with the "Judy" person if I could go with anothr GAS company I would!

iif I could change my service to another company I would.I have been trying since Sept. 26,2006 to get my service re-connected.acct#5 5000 4376 1045.Ihave done everthing that the company has said that I needed to do but still I have been ask to wait additional 13 days before I can get services. People have been rude non carrin and lying to me. Supervisor have not been available to talk with you. peoples have hung up on me because they didn't know their jobs. I have been charged money that I don't feel was just but because of your POLICIES.I either had to pay this money or not have any service.and even when the money has been paid,I still have not gotten my service resumed. I have been a coustomer of your for over 40yrs. and to be treated this way tells me that PEOPLES GAS has no concerns for their coustmers..If you wish to response to this(which will not surprise me if you don't conserding the treatment II've received so far) I can be reached at 1773-4884312.8404S.
