I have to admit, I was fooled by this restaurant. I thought I was going to a traditional French restaurant, but ended up at what turned out to be a very Americanized version of "French." But it was not a bad experience at all. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the steak and fries. I did have a french onion soup as a starter, which was probably the best rendition of french onion soup that I have had anywhere. The service and ambiance of this place was magnificent. It made for the perfect enjoyable dinner for my husband and I.

I would not consider it as a French restaurant- it's American French. When you first enter, you feel the American atmosphere in the restaurant, which I would not expect in a French restaurant. I think it is overcrowded and noisy. The food is tasty but not real French- French food meets the American taste. Ooh, of course, the portion sizes are too large for French. I would not recommend it for a romantic dinner but it is good for a Friday night meeting with friends!
