Upscale, with a real eye for design. Almost as if the place were run by sushi chefs -- oh, wait.
The college crowd shouldn't be afraid. It's not terribly pricey if you just go for some artful noshes. My Dragon Roll (eel with wasabi mayo) was a bit heavy on the sauce, but I didn't mind. There's enough on the menu to keep you amazed, and likely dazzled when it comes out. Going for enough sushi for a full meal might be a little pricey, but I'd guess it'd be worth it.
Everything in here is really beautiful, from the furniture and decorations to, of course, the food. Gracious and courteous service. If food and art are your two favorite things, you'll feel right at home.
