We like the pizza and the food here but our favorite part really is that the restaurant has a weekly kids night every Tuesday with a fantastic balloon guy named Smarty Pants. He is a totally riot and makes some amazing balloons for all the table. I have had to literally beg one of my sons to let his balloon tiger go after about three weeks of it sitting in his room. Smarty Panks you rock!!!

Corner of Addison and Southport. Large, popular pizza place that is crowded when the Cubs are playing. Good beers on tap. Not Chicago-style pizza, so beware if you're looking for deep dish!

I'll echo the previous poster and say that I was more that a little surprised when I called to redeem my 20 coupons for a free pizza and was told that they no longer honored them, effective June (with no notice). I didn't ask for a manager, but did tell the phone person that we wouldn't be back. "Ok" was the response; they don't care. I've been ordering from them long enough that this was actually the second free pizza I was going to redeem (so 40+ pizzas ordered, I undoubtedly lost some along way).
I had thought about calling tomorrow and asking for a manager, but sounds like that's pointless.
Cons: Doesn't care about customers

My boyfriend and i have been customers of D'Agostino's pizza for over 3 years. We absolutely love the pizza! Last year we finally began collecting the coupons that if you "collect 20 you get a free large pizza". So this past Sunday I counted them up and finally managed to save 20 of them. We called to order our pizza and mentioned that we had the coupons and they told us they were no longer honoring them. We never received any notice and there is no expiration date on them. We ended up speaking to a manager who STILL wouldn't honor the promotion after we explained our situation. Over the past 3 years we've spent hundreds of dollars on pizza from here (sad I know) and they have now lost a few customers over their poor customer service for a $15 dollar pizza.
Pros: great pizza
Cons: poor service

Dags has become a staple in our house. We order pizza about everyother week and are never disappointed! I love the thin crust and the sauce is so good - like none other I've tried. My mom comes to visit a couple times a year from out of state and has to have pizza from Dags everytime she's here! She loves it too!

I love the pizza at Dags. I live north of the city and they have parking and delivery service for those rainy days at the Glenview location. Another positive note about a Dag's experience are the owners. A close family with quality and integrity behind their delicious food. I have been a customer for over 2 years now and recommend this establishment to anyone. Cozy Settings, friendly waitstaff and a nice italian feeling in the bar. You must visit Glenview in summer (after a Cubs game) for the best Sangria! Debbie D'agostino oversees all the litle details that make this a must see. All right Jeff helps too!!
Pros: Nice ambiance and food

I live in LA now, and I actually dream about D'Agostino's pizza. The thin crust pizza is a miracle. The cheese is hardy and firm, the sauce is tangy, and the sausage is spicy and of high quality. Similar to the amazing Welcome Inn pizza of the 1970's. The Italian beef sandwiches are juicy and big with lots of meat, twice as much as is regularly served in Los Angeles.
God, I miss this place. I checked online and they don't deliver to California. I think I'll hire a shirpa to deliver some.
Pros: Thin crust pizza, Sausage
