Wig Shoppe

I am sorry to report that Rina did not offer me the service and privacy for someone going thru chemo. There were people coming in and out of the room while I sat there bald- even the UPS Delivery Man and other customers. Rina was on the phone several times while I sat there bald waiting for her to fit the wig for the final styling. I was promised my wig would be ready in an hour - my friend and I went out for lunch and came back in an hour and a half and the wig was still not ready. This is not the place for good service when you are weak and tired from treatment of cancer. more

I went to the Wig Shoppe to buy a wig when I got married. I didn't know yet what I liked or what I wanted and Rina was so helpful and patient and she helped me try on a number of wigs until I found one I liked. She explained to me how I should style it to look good on me and she cut it slowly and patiently so I wouldn't get nervous. The wig is amazing I love it, it is so natural and comfortable and it was a great price! I would recommend the Wig Shoppe to anyone who is looking for a wig, they have a large and beautiful selection to choose from. The service is exceptional and everyone there is friendly and helpful. more

Well like the other lady said not everyone needs a wig, and sometimes when you do it isn't for a happy thing...she is right about that. My mom is going through Chemo, because she was diagnosed with breast cancer. Lets just skip the sad stuff and get to The Wig Shoppe. I saw it on google and read just one review and decided to take my mom there. Well let me tell you it is a good thing I did. Rina took great care of my mom as if she was her very first customer. She was very honest about which ones looked good and which ones didn't. She told my mom if she felt that the wig didn't feel or look good, she would cut it down and style it (all included) to make it just right for her. This is a custom wig! For a great price! That is if you want to call it a wig, it looks like her real hair! Because it is real hair! We went to a dozen other wig shops all around and i mean all around, and were not treated special at all. Thank you Rina. Also Rina had a really nice lady friend there Gail, she was so sweet and had so much positive things to say, she didn't even know my mom but was able to make her smile and feel good about her self and that brought a tear to my eye, thanks Gail...I know this has nothing to do with the review, but we really felt excellent going here and I would recommend it to anyone. So, not everyone needs a wig. And if you do the reason is not always a happy one. At the Wig Shoppe I got the most natural looking wig I could imagine. It looks, feels and moves like my hair! Rina, was so understanding. It was like I was the only customer she ever had. She came in ESPECIALLY FOR ME in the evening because i told her that I was ashamed to meet anyone there! She stayed with me for hours and patiently explained to me the process and taught the basics of wearing a wig. Most important to me though was her honesty. I had picked up a very expensive piece. She looked at me wearing it and said, "I would love to sell this piece to you, but you wont be happy with this. you need a flatter more natural piece. and she was right! After sitting in the store with her for TWO HOURS, She put no pressure on me to buy and kept repeating that the most important thing to her is my comfort! On top of all this the price was reasonable!!! Plus she gave me a wash and set card. Every 5th styling is FREE!!! more
