Perhaps I am going through a second childhood phase, but if you could see my face light up when I walk into this store, it would either make you smile and go "aw, how sweet" or barf. Regardless, I LOVE this store. One day as I was strolling out of the Davis Theater next door, I gazed into the window of Quake and saw my first toy purchase. The Larry doll (as in Larry from the 3 stooges) wearing the prison outfit. It was so cute and I got it for a few bucks. Then, it never stopped. First the Larry doll, then it was the KISS dolls, then it was the Happy Days lunchbox, etc. I have never been to a place with so many wonderful toys, most of them collector items or the "blast to the past" variety of collectibles. They had a Vinnie Barbarino doll the last time I went, but it was too expensive. If you love toys and cool things, you will be in heaven at this place.

This place is really cool. I stop in here periodically to check out their jazz albums. They carry tons of vinyl records -- something I can't seem to find in too many places these days. They also carry lots of the contemporary music in all different forms -- cassette tapes, cds, and vinyl. This family owned place is great and has wonderful, friendly serivce.

Yesterday really is a great name of this store. You will really be taken back to yesterday when you enter this store.
They have all sorts of products that celebrate history and give us all a glimpse of years that have gone by. They have so many different products, but my favorite things to look at here are their presidential elections memorobilia. That stuff is really interesting and fun to look at.

My son is a huge fan of baseball and an avid collector of baseball cards, so this place is an essential for us. This place is heaven for any baseball fan -- they have soo many baseball cards. And the owner is so passionate about his work. You can even request somethign if he doesn't have it. I love the friendly service here!

Not only is this the only store of it's kind in Jeff. Park, it may be the only store of it's kind like this in all of Chicago. It started with the owner/operator of this quaint shop collecting Chicago Police memorabilia and Illinois State Police momentos and artifacts. Nowdays they sell t-shirts, hats, sweatshirts, books, coffee mugs, stickers, buttons etc.. that all have the Chicago Police or Illinois State Police logo on there. A great little store where you can buy gifts for a curent or retired police officer , anyone that loves or appreciates our law enforcement or if you just plain want a really unique suvenior from this area.

This is one of the many places near Wrigley Field where you can get sportswear and sports memorobilia. I think its one of the better ones around because its less crowded and a bit more reasonably priced. That is because to get to it, you have to walk a bit further than most stores. But its only about a five minute walk and it is well worth it for the prices. Plus, you can get stuff personalized here, which makes a really cool gift for a sports fan

They have been around for a long time and boasts a lot of loyal customers. This small store sells used cds and vinyl. I don't have my turntable anymore, so I went right over to the used cds and found that they had a pretty decent amount of indie and alt. rock cds for sale. The last couple times I went the guy who runs the place was pretty cool and helpful.
