I thoroughly enjoyed working with Mark and his skilled team at Modern View. I hired them to install a ceramic floor in my basement. It turned out so beautifully, I hired Modern View to replace my old basement stairs with oak treads and oak veneer risers. My basement looks amazing!

WONDERFUL!! Very professional, and welll-priced. Because I was working with other contractors as well (plumbing, flooring, etc). they were VERY flexible in wokring with me, and arranged thier schedule to accommodate mine. We were working up against a tight deadline, and they met it easily. They even repaired a cabinet that others told me could not be fixed, thus saving me the time & money of having to order a new one. I would recommend their services to anyone!

Building Homes Construction was honest, efficient and extremely clean. The quote was sent to me when promised and not only was it easy to read and complete it also came with multiple references. Humberto showed up to the job site with his crew ready to work and prepared. They worked straight through to completion. While working in my kitchen they were very courteous of the remainder of my home. Excellent work and attention to detail. Highly recommended.
