Did you know that you can rent a movie from here. Earwax is a one stop shop for some of us. You can sit down, get a bottomless cup of coffee, eat some cake and then go and pick out a movie to rent from their library. This place is great. Make sure that you try the vegan cake if you like vegan food.

Went in for a morning brew and it was my pleasure to be waited on by a beauty of a girl, named Jamie. Her smile was disarming and her laid back manner made me feel right at home in Caribou. She was fast and efficient to a 'T'. The coffee was heavenly and the atmosphere was great!!! I highly recommend this Caribou!

Please bring your table of chocolates to the 111 E. Wacker facility more often. I'm addicted to your Chocolate Malt Balls. Are they double dipped? They're delicious, and so are the turtles and peanut cremes with dark chocolate. Thank you!!

This is my favorite Borders, because it is always so quite. The ones that are closer to downtown have a tendency to have a lot of tourists swimming around in them looking for books on Chicago and it is hard to sit down and relax. This place has a great staff.

This place gets packed on the weekend mornings. It will get so crowded that it will be hard to get in the front door. Other than that you should always be able to get a seat and enjoy a cup of coffee with free refills. They make a great cappuccino, and their food is better than eating across the street at the hospital cafeteria for those of you who work around there.

I'm a big fan of Caribou Coffee. It sure beats the overplayed Starbucks that you find on every street corner in Chicago. The coffee here seems to me to be a bit less strong and a lot better tasting. My favorite drink here is the turtle mocha; the combination of coffee, chocolate, and turtle candy is amazingly delicious. They also have a good assorment of snacks here. For a fresh change from Starbucks, I would really recommend this place. You will be sure to enjoy it.

The best way to describe this coffee shop is to call it local, which is funny because it used to be called the Local Grind. When the Local Grind shut down everyone thought that it was over and then Filter popped up in its place. They have great seating and drinks at reasonable prices. This is a nice place to meet with friends over a cup of coffee.
