Good: Annabella & her Daughter attended to me immediately when I came in her boutique looking for something to wear to my Daughter's Wedding Mass. I was frantic because I hated what I purchased elsewhere. Thankgod I went there I stopped, the first suit I tried on was the one, and Annabella had only 1 week to get the suit in. Annabella made feel that I had nothing to worry about, including alterations that she made sure the suit would fit me perfect. I also purchased the shoes & handbag which matched unbelievable. Bad: Not one complaint.. Improvements: Nothing, Annabella's has Beautiful Trendy clothes. Something for everyone from Prom , Weddings, to a Couture line. You will never see yourself coming and going anywhere here.. Other: Not only is Annabella a business women but she is also a Mother. Good: After being in many boutiques looking for prom dresses, I arrived at Annabelas. the customer service was GREAT! and on top of that I found the perfect prom dress in less than 10 minutes. I referred four of my friends the next day and all of us will look amazing on prom. The prices are a bit high but I am very pleased and proud to say that my prom dress came from Annabellas!.

So my mom and I have been looking for a wedding dress for almost 6 months around Milwaukee and Wisconsin area. We came down to Chicago for the weekend and we found this awesome boutique called Annabellas we were greeted like family once we stepped foot into the store. The atmosphere was amazing, Rosa who is the owners daughter treated us with espresso and Italian desserts with in the first 10 min. The dresses are so beautiful that we even ended up picking out all of our bridesmaids dresses there as well. The prices are little high but we had all the dresses fitted at the store to the tea. I ended up fining the most perfect dress for me within one hour of being at the store and the made my experience memorable

My daughter has purchased her prom dress at Annabella's the last 2 years. Yes. They are busy but that's because they are so good!! They are honest and help you pick out what works best for you. They even remembered us this year and gave us hugs. That's rare!!!!.. and they're kind, patient and caring...Also they will alter for when you need the dress. You get what you pay for. I like a place where you can walk in and they take good care of you. If that's what you like too then make sure to visit Ananabella's.

I've read extreme view points on the boutique, and so I want to express more of a neutral point of view to Annabella's. The service is great; Annabella and her daughters make you feel right at home. They take the time to help you find a dress that fits YOUR style and even give you their honest opinion on what they believe looks better. The selection is wonderful! [beautiful dresses] I recently bought my prom dress there. However, their prices are quite, [just a tad ;)] high. The average dress price is 400 dollars. Had it not been for the price, I'd say this boutique deserves a 5 out 5. If you're willing to pay for what you really like, then I completely recommend you to go there!

I'm sorry when a customer/client comes in and is abou to make a $800 purchase they should be treated with a little respect, after all im at an "exclusive" boutique, not WALMART! Well I made my way somewhere else and made a purchase and was treated they way I expect to be treated!!

My mom was so pleases with the service. What other bridal shops serve you with respect. They offered us wine,espresso,cookies, and treated us like we where family.

Worst Service Ever!!!! I visited Annabella's Fashion Boutique twice and both times were a waste of a one hour drive. The first time I walked in and began to look for dresses I noticed the rudeness of the owners both mother and daughter.. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and said it was because they were busy... I didn't find what I was looking for and the owner stated that new dresses had arrived and will be displayed in a few days and to come back.... My second trip was horrible. I walk in and began to look around and the mother of the owner comes out and practically kicks me out. Heeelloooo I'm about to spend close to $1,000.00 on my gown!!! I dont need to be treated disrespectfully to spend my money! I told her I like a gown in the window.. and before I finished my sentence she said "NO, we don't have your size" I'm not a size 14!! Everything I wanted she convinced me not to purchase! Who Does THAT?! Annabella's Fashion has the worst service!! I think its a requirement to work there.
