I started going here when it first open because I worked only 2 blocks away. I use to go reguarly about once a month because that's how long their pedicure will last until I need to get it re-done again. They always fit me in even when there's a ton of people there. I started at another up north about a year and a half ago and I return recently last week and Ann still remembered me and asked me if I no longer work nearby anymore. They're friendly and very accommadating. There was a group of 5 that had an appointment and there were 3 of us and she still managed to fit us 3 in without effecting the party of 5 with the appointment. The chairs are wonderful and it's been updated since the last time I was there. They're comfy but not overwhelming since I'm petite and some massage chairs tend to be very huge so I would I have slouchy down on the chair. They do a fanstastic job of cutting cuticles carefully because I've been to a lot of places where they cut until it cut WAY too deep(ouch) and also they take their time in massaging your calf and foot which I LOVE. Even when they were packed while I was there, they never once tried to rush through it or rush me out the door. They have tons of colors. I saw blue, green, yellows, corals, orange, etc. along with the usual pinks, reds, browns, etc. Whatever you like, Ann would order it for you as well. I would call to be sure you have an appointment especially weekends because the place do get pretty booked.
They accept credit cards as well. I also believe they extended their hours to 7pm and 6pm on Sunday. They have parking in their garage as well so you have don't have wonder around trying to find street parking which is a plus in the Queen Anne area.

This is a great fitness arena that has every thing that you would every need to get in shape...the hard part is fighting your way on the machine. Sometimes it gets a little busy after work hours but for the most part, you can hop on a machine and work you way out to a new body. It is very nice to have the options of going at three in the morning if you can't sleep and there are always friendly people around to help you with anything you will need.

If you have a busy schedule like I do and just need more time in the day to fit in a workout, then 24 hour Fitness is the place. You can go there 24 hours a day, 7 days a week because you can rely on this gym to be the only one open. Not only are their hours wonderful, but they also have an abundent amount of equipment for all your workout needs. The gym downtown has a huge swimming pool, sauna's, tanning rooms, and more. And yes those are open 24/7 as well. They always have trial memberships available, so try it out.

This place is disgusting and the service is terrible. When I signed up, I had two employees (one was a manager) bickering over who would help me and who received commission -swearing ensued. I gave it a chance for 6 mos and finally gave up and returned to my own gym. Anyone want the remainder of my two year membership? They wouldn't even address the issues at the gym, much less give me any money back.

I agree, this gym is NOT worth the money. It's a two story but still small. There is a cardio room which is tiny and has only like 6 ellipticals, 8 treadmills (at least 2 that are always broken). everything is basically squeezed in together and not enough ventilation in that building. I'd rather go to Mieko's fitness (where i am now) because it's cheaper, has WAY more machines and weights, and so much bigger. It's not that far either.
I'm so glad that i cancelled my membership here. The sales people always kept pushing their products to me too and i think some of them tried to hint to certain people that they were fat by getting a personal trainer.
Pros: parking lot has cameras, opened 24 hours
Cons: unprofessional staff, small gym

I will have to admit that I almost didn't join this club because of the other reviews out there. I decided to join anyways since I get a good discount with my job and started my membership a few weeks ago.
I talked with a really nice guy named Vincent who helped me get started in the gym. He wasn't pushy at all, even when he offered the personal trainer services. I simply said 'no thanks' and it was left at that. I did not in any way feel like I was being 'sold' to, which I hate. Registration was nice and quick, I even got a tour of the facilities.
So far, I've been going to the gym a few times a week. Everytime, the people at the front desk are very polite and helpful if I have any questions. A guy named Jef helped me when I had questions on the elliptical machine and even offered me a cardio workout plan for myself, which I was really impressed with.
The locker rooms/showers are always clean when I've gone and so is the pool. I truly have no complaints with this gym, only good experiences so far. Thanks, Vincent and Jef! I hope this review gets to your manager. :)
Pros: Great service, nice location, clean facilities, helpful staff
Cons: none so far
