Your relative was not m/c licensed, a 150 scooter requires that. Scooter was delivered to her home for n/c. 3 days later you tell us she didn't need it and you wanted to cancel the sale. You didn’t like the answer, told us you were going to cancel the CC transaction and hung up. We tried to explain that before we refunded the CC we would have to look it over and a $50 fee would be charged for p/u.
We attempted to call you back and your daughter, but no one ever called back to resolve this. Sorry you were not happy, but customer service was not the issue here.
Pros: two sides to the story
Cons: What are the drawbacks?

I've purchased two new bikes (and traded in two old bikes) from Ride West in the past 5 yrs; have purchased various parts, clothing, and accessories; and have had my BMWs serviced there. I have never been anything but totally pleased with my experience. I would highly reccommend BMW and Ride West to any motorcyle enthusiast.

Hi,
I have been a customer of Seattle Cycle for just over a year and have recommended them to ALL of my biker buddies. Almost everyone I have recommended has made it a point to come back to me raving about how great they are. :~)
Why do I so highly recommend Seattle Cycle? It comes down to this: hands-down, the best customer service around!
Every single time I walk in the store, for anything from bike service to accessories, someone is always right there greeting me and asking what they can do to help. This might not seem like such a big deal, but as a woman biker I have had less-then friendly service from a few too many "bigger" bike shops. The great customer service extends to everyone regardless of gender, age, color; all bikers know that when you go to a bike shop it's an hour trip minimum (getting what you came for, looking at new toys, adding things to the wish list, chatting with other bikers, etc.) and you get to see what the place is made of. This place is made of customer service gold wrapped in a friendly atmosphere!!
...Oh ya, and the prices are great and often better then what I can find online.

These guys are tops for mechanical aptitude, knowledge and communication. They provided me with fast service at an excellent price. Not only was my bike finished when they said it would be, but they even furnished me with a Quality Control Report which provided an entire inspection of my bike. Where else can you get that? I'm glad to have a shop on the south side that does dependable, reliable and solid work and that is owned by folks I'll enjoy doing business with for years to come.

I'm not a scooter guy myself, but I have several friends who've bought scooters from Victor, and they say that both his sales and his ongoing service organization are top-notch. If you're a Vespa fan, this is where to go in Seattle.

So the new building is beautiful, freeway access is next to great, and they aren't out of as many parts as they used to be. In other words if you need an inspection cover gasket, o-rings, spark plugs, and a filter for your Evo they probably have it in stock now, where as in the recent past ... forget about it! That's all pretty nice, but expect that if you're not one of their new bike customers (they are hoping to get a good review from on their customer survey card that goes back to corporate Harley-Davidson) you will get the same old crummy service, lack of respect, and "poopy" experience!
Pros: Architectural masterpiece ...
Cons: Same crummy service & experience !
