Jeremy has been my one and only insurance agent since we moved here in 1999. At the time, "we" consisted of myself and my wife, two cars and an apartment. Since then, we've added a house and two kids.
Jeremy has always been super responsive, helping us with policies covering our cars, personal property, our home and our lives.
Always professional, always courteous, and never takes you for granted. I can't say too many good words about Jeremy.

After our condo insurance had drastically increased recently (something now very common in Seattle), our condo board decided to shop out a new insurance provider. After being either turned down or offered even higher premiums through brokers and other companies, Paul Vogel came through with a premium over $1k less than our previous one, with even better deductibles. Additionally, his business demeanor is professional and trustworthy; I really felt I was speaking with someone who was being "straight up" with me. Though we've only just started our coverage, the general sentiment is that we are in "good hands". Do they still use that slogan?

Like most almost-thirty males, I don’t spend a lot of time thinking about insurance (I shouldn’t have to worry about it, right?). So when I moved to Seattle, I just wanted to get everything taken care of in one marathon session. Frank Fu State Farm Insurance took care of me.
Locally owned and operated out of the same storefront for who knows how long; the agent’s assistant who helped me told me she’d been there for 12 years, and she was fantastic. She had great advice, didn’t push the sale on any product and pointed out all of the discounts we could take.
Car insurance for me and my new wife, renter’s insurance for the apartment, a liability umbrella, life insurance and all the crap that it turns out I need to be worried about at this stage of my life. She took care of it. In one afternoon. Bless that woman (but I can’t tell you her name).

We have not needed to use our insurance, but I get the feeling that he would be there for us if we needed him. And he is certainly a good guy, which is a great start in professions where you rely on the person.
