I started going to the Briss' when Dr. Barry Briss was still the primary dentist. He was very friendly and explained everything he did before he did it. Dr. David Briss (his son) took over the practice and kept the great atmosphere. The office is very nice looking and each chair has a personal television for you to use while you are waiting.

There are quite a few dentists that practice here. They are open late and on Saturday so fidning a time to get an appointmnet is easy. The waiting room is very bright and welcoming. The dentist that I've used is very friendly and did not suggest any uneccessary procedures. I believe that you can stick with the same dentist or switch around if you like.

Located in Chelmsford on Billerica Rd., Harvard Vanguard is a large medical facility. I go there for dental cleanings regularly and I have been very pleased with the service. The cleaning assistants are very friendly and the doctor always seems knowledgeable. I highly recommend Harvard Vanguard as a dentist to anyone who has coverage here.

Chelmsford Pediatrics, located in the center of town, is the choice of the majortiy of families living in Chelmsford. The doctors and nurses are all extremely competent, but even better they are caring and go above and beyond. I've had a doctor explain in thorough detail what an ear looks like on the inside, the parts, and how an ear infection happens.

The waiting room is fairly comfortable here with a TV and a selection of magazines. I see Laurie Landry who is not a doctor, but a nurse practioner. I love her. I feel very comfortable with her and feel like I am able to ask her anything. I have not seen the other doctors here personally, but my parents did not have a good impression of them. The receptions are also friendly and helpful on the phone.

There are a good number of doctors here, but it can be difficult to make an appointment if you work 9-5. The waiting room is very nice and they have a shop to purchase eyeglasses attached. The technicians are friendly and are willing to spend time with you. One technician spent almost an hour with me teaching me to use contacts.

I had gone to aspen dental for a cleaning and found out I had a cavity. I went to get my tooth filled and while getting the procedure done the dental assistant was very rude. Anyhow 3 weeks later while flossing my teeth the cavity fell out. The next day I called aspen dental for an emergency appointment and said I was in a lot of pain and could not chew on one side of my mouth, so they gave me an appt. for one week later an was told to chew on the other side of my mouth!!! Went in 1 week later about to go through the roof in pain they took X-rays and said yep you did pull out the filling. They then told me I would have to make another appointment to get my tooth fixed because they did not have time!! I asked if I could at least have something for the pain and the Dentist refused. Anyhow since I had to wait so long to get my tooth fixed I now need a ROOT CANAL done!!!! So if you want to keep your teeth DO NOT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL!!!!!!!!!!!1
PROS: Maybe you could go here for a cleaning
CONS: If you want to keep your teeth go somewhere else!!!!!
