I love the Checkers games! They are a very fun and inexpensive form of entertainment! Chubby runs through the audience and gets everyone excited and pumped up. They often give away great prizes at the games to boost attendance. Parking is around $5, but is well worth it!

The charlotte checkers are a good hockey team to go see if you like hockey and arent able to make the drive all the way to raleigh to see the hurricanes play. You still get to see a team from charlotte play and in a nice arena. I find it to be fun and enjoyable especially if you like hockey you will probably enjoy it, it is fun.

Going to watch the Charlotte Checkers Hockey Team is great fun for everyone in the family. They play in the old coliseum on Independence Blvd in Charlotte. The kids have so much fun watching them play and get very involved. The tickets are overly priced like most sports games so it's something the whole family can do it. We went and sat center ice and the officials are very friendly and let the kids push the buttons for the bells. They even got a hockey puck to take home. The only downfall is the location, it's a very busy street in Charlotte. But don't let that deter you from going because everyone will have a blast.
