We dealt with Matt Genovese and Antoine Parker and have never been more pleased to work with a car dealership. We just had our first child two weeks prior to our purchase of our '09 Murano and were in need of a bigger car. We had done our research and knew what we wanted, but were looking for the right price without sitting at a dealership for hours and hours. In the process of working with Antoine, we had a family emergency come up that delayed our transaction for a few days. Unlike many other dealerships, Antoine did not hound us with multiple calls each day which gave us the space we needed to take care of the emergency. We really appreciated the flexibility that was shown to us, going so far as to deliver our new car to our home! Thank you Antoine and Matt for making this transaction the easiest my husband and I have ever undertaken. We will be referring future business to you guys! we are new to the charlotte area just moved so we started our shoping at east charlotte nissan and then to south charlotte nissan,looking for a 2010 altima. let me tell you it was the old car mans tricks.. they took my trade in keys and wouldnt give them back,the played back and forth games. then when i was leaveing the salesman and mangers wanted to talk bad about the other9[ nissan dealership. in south carolina } they should have been talking about them selfs.. me and my husban have never been treated so badly ever it was the very worst experince ever we will never go there again. it made us buy a honda accord and we where treated like kings and queens. if you shop east charlotte nissan look out friend you will be lied to,played games with,treated like a dummy,and other awful things. I visited East Charlotte Nissan on November 1st and left with a new, fully-loaded Altima 3.5SE Coupe from off of the showroom floor. The salesman, Hector Jaramillo, made the buying experience a very relaxed one. He was never pushy or over-bearing. He assisted me with getting a very good deal on the car. He even took the time to set-up the car's Bluetooth function with my BlackBerry. He also made sure that I knew how to use all of the features such as the navigation system, back-up camera, and keyless operation. All in all, the entire experience was great and took no more than about 2 hours from the time that I arrived to the time that I left the dealership in my new car. Hector even called to follow-up on the experience and to make sure that I received my floormats that had been ordered. I have always driven vehicles from the Nissan/Infiniti family and my next one will definitely come from East Charlotte Nissan.

I had been looking for a car for 2 weeks and having really bad experiences...went to several dealerships, and kept getting salespeople trying to talk me into buying new cars. I had gone online and seen the Maximas available at East Nissan so I came by on my lunch break. Winston Davis showed me several cars and went through the benefits of each. He worked with me to find the perfect car for me (2007 Nissan Maxima with all of the options I wanted including certification). He was able to get me the car I wanted in my budget (which was tight for the type of car I was looking at). I really came to see what they had and ended up driving off in my new car. He did not know it, but I was really in a tight situation since I was moving that same week and had been using my mother's car (since my 10 yr old Ford Focus had died the week before). By giving me good information, and not trying to talk me into anything, he gave me the room I needed to make an informed decision...that alone made me feel great about my purchase! So I have my car...and I just moved, and things are GREAT!!! I would highly recommend him and this dealership! He has also called me just to make sure I am still loving my new car...and I am happy to say that I am! Pros: Great price, knowledgeable people, fair pricing! Cons: Took a while to do the paperwork...lol!!!

I recently purchased a new vehicle from East Charlotte Nissan. After visiting several other dealerships around the city, I finally found everything I was looking for in making a purchase. They had the largest inventory of Z's, and more importantly, their staff was extrememly knowledgeable and friendly. I was introduced to Omar who was a pleasure to work with. Omar made me feel extrememly comfortable, and did his very best to find the right deal for me. I spent a couple of hours with Omar as he helped negotiate a deal that I was comfortable with and made sure that I left in a vehicle that I was pleased with. I appreciate someone who doesn't try to pressure you into a sale and his personality and knowledge made my experience at East Charlotte Nissan a pleasant and memorable one. I would recommend visiting them if you are in the market for a new vehicle. Ask for Omar and I'm sure you will share in the same great experience I had. Pros: Excellent customer service
