The entire process went very well. From my first call to A&D Painting, I could tell this was a very professionally run business. The person who answered took my information and gave it to the Field Representative, Jon Moore. He came out the next day while I was at work, assessed the situation and left me a detailed quote. I contacted him the next day, and we scheduled the work to be done. I contacted him many times with questions and/or comments, and he was always very professional and courteous. Within a few days the crew arrived to do the work. We ran into a few snags, but they always immediately fixed any problems. Their crew foreman, Pedro, was very polite and accommodating as well. During the process, we discovered a plumbing issue behind one of the walls, and they even fixed the problem for us. They went beyond what they actually quoted, but they did not charge me any extra.

I called A Chimney Sweep after not getting a response from All Out Chimney Sweep. A Chimney Sweep was polite, professional, and made sure I knew and saw exactly what I was getting for my money. I've had a lot of work done on my house, and with contractors and subs, you never know what you're going to get. Turns out that A Chimney Sweep is the only chimney sweep in Charlotte that certifies every member of its team. The other guys don't- you can ask. And believe me, it makes a difference in both their skill level and professionalism. I wholeheartedly recommend A Chimney Sweep. They're a family business that is doing it right.
