I needed a locksmith to open my truck door and I looked online and found Charlotte 5 locksmith to be the best amongst the reviews. I hear horror stories about phony locksmiths all the time so I was a little apprehensive at first. So I called, the customer service rep was very friendly and John was here in the time frame he said would be, opened my door in literally seconds! He was curteous, friendly and very professional! I will recommend Charlotte 5 locksmith to everyone I know! Please do continue being the best!

Having dealt with Charlotte 5 Locksmith Company several times now, I have found their expertise in taking care of a customer's security needs impressive. Each time I have required their services, I have gained a wealth of knowledge about my own security issues. They are friendly and take the time to tend to the details of my needs. They have a wall full of more keys than I imagined existed.
I will keep going back because their prices are reasonable and they do those little things that make all the difference... something rare in today's business world where Thank You almost sounds like Next.

Each time I have required their services, I have gained a wealth of knowledge about my own security issues. They are friendly and take the time to tend to the details of my needs. Competive Price Compared to 5 other companies I had a 4 cylinder rekey job done by JHON. He was very polite and informative. He replaced several screws around my home with theft resistant longer screws. I was pretty amazed that he even checked for these screws. I guess this was part of the service pack, which I am very thankful for because he made my home safer from someone kicking the door down the first try. Hadi definitely went above and beyond what was expected. The job was done relatively quick. I was charged what was previously discussed with customer service. I felt pretty safe and secure after JHON finished the job. I would definitely recommend Unlock It because of their great customer service and competitive rates. As I am writing this review, I receive a phone call from customer service making sure that I was satisfied with the work done. You cant go wrong with 5LOCKSMITH It!!! I will definitely use them again in the future not only because they were the cheapest company I found after calling 5 others, but also because of their willingness to make sure that you are satisfied with their work
