Hughes Flooring is a family owned business. The staff is very experienced and knowledgeable on their products. Selection of flooring is extensive. Prices are reasonable and well within their competition.

Michael was professional in his work. The repair was done nicely, and the entire area cleaned up prior to his departure. The price quoted was far below what I expected, and when it came time for payment, he told me the price was reduced even further. The service received and workmanship far exceeded the cost. I would recommend Kastleworks and would look to them again for future projects.

I recently bought a new construction home and the builder threw in free carpet. I knew what I was going to be able to choose from would be limited and cheap, but I could not believe the lack of customer service I received from the owner himself and the manager. I was expecting to deal with the owner, as he was supposedly my contact. Yet, before I barely made my way toward him, I was met with a snotty grimace from a distance and shrugged off. Another sales person took care of me. At least she was kind and had very good customer service skills. I then made my choice out of three types of super cheap carpet. Peeee yeeeew! I just cannot wait to rip the new carpet up and buy something better. It certainly will not be from this company!
Pros: A few of the sales staff understands the concept of good customer service.
Cons: If you don't have the money, the owner doesn't have the time or manners.
