AMC THEATRES IS ONE OF THE BEST THEATERS AROUND. THEY WILL SHOW ALL KINDS OF MOVIES EVEN THE CONTROVERSIAL ONES. THEIR PRICES ARE COMPRABLE WITH ALL OTHER THEATERS. THEY HAVE ALOT OF SHOWS GOING ON AT DIFFERENT TIMES SO IF YOU MISS ONE THERE USUALLY ANOTHER GETTING REAY TO START SOON. LIKE ALL OTHER THEATERS THE PRICES FOR POPCORN AND DRINKS ARE EXPENSIVE BUT THATS PART OF THE EXPERIENCE. THE ONLY BAD PART OF GOING TO THIS THEATER IS THE PART OF TOWN THERE ARE ALOT OF THEFTS IN THAT AREA.

Clean, friendly service, tons of space, decent price. Can it get any better? Oh yeah let's not forget the stadium seating and adjustable arm rests. Great snacks but a little price on that front, but that's to be expected since that where they actually make their money. Have a student ID? You usually qualify for a discount for a ticket. And they're plenty to do while waiting for your movie to start. It's conveniently located to other shops so you can enjoy your down time.

Balloons over charlotte is something i have not tried yet but spoken to people who have and seen it and it looks and sounds like soooo much fun you go up in a big hot air balloon and get to see an areial view of the Queen City. I am a little afraid of heights that is why I have not tried it yet but sounds like it would definately be a fun day. And cool to be able to see everything in Charlotte from a different view.

I have had the great pleasure of knowing the owners and staff of Blue Baboons for a number of years.
I have seen the planning of an event to the break down of equipment after an event. I must say they follow though and make sure all t's are crossed and i's are dotted.
They are fully insured and go to great lengths to be sure not to have to use it :0)
All equipment is inspected before and after each event. If there is anything questionable, it is taken care of ASAP.
Each event scheduled comes with a FREE on Site Event planner. This is great. This is the person who will make sure everyone has a great time....

Blumenthal and Spirit Square are actually in 2 different buildings; Blumenthal is next to Bank of America Tower, while Spirit Square is neighbor to the PLCMC (Public Library of Charlotte-Mecklenburg County). Blumenthal is the home of the symphony and opera and even has an auxiliary place called the Booth Playhouse where smaller acts perform. Spirit Square also hosts a few of these acts and is the main instructional center, where programs like the Community School for the Arts are housed, a great way for kids to involve themselves in violin, piano, painting, drama, etc, etc.

CAROLINA PANTHERS FOOTBALL IS THE GREATEST!!!!! I AM A HUGE FOOTBALL FAN. I GO TO EVERY GAME I CAN AND IF I CAN'T GO I WATCH IT ON TELEVISION. THE PANTHERS BELONG TO NORTH AND SOUTH CAROLINA FANS. THE STADIUM ATMOSPHERE IS SO ENERGETIC AND WILD. THE FANS REALLY GET INTO THE GAME. I HOPE TO GET SEASON TICKETS THIS YEAR IF THEY ARE AVAILABLE. I FEEL THEY ARE GOING TO DO REAL WELL THIS SEASON AND I WANT TO BE APART OF THE FUN AND EXCITEMENT.

Recently while waiting for a delayed flight I stuck upon this place located at the Charlotte-Douglas International Airport.
The museum has a commendable collection of aircrafts. I did see around 20 of them only due to time constraint.
Some of them are maintained in flying condition. Located near the US airways terminal you can observe aircraft take-off and landings. One of the biggest assets is the library which has extensive collection of books, photographs and manuals and periodicals. This is the biggest and best one which I have seen.
