I have had 2 wrecks in the past few years and each time, Mike has put my car back together, looking better than it did brand new. The first wreck, I had gotten several estimates for large, highly advertised garages. I was feeling overwhelmed and I was driving down the road & saw his sign, so I drove up. He took the time to do an estimate right then and it was honestly THOUSANDS less than anyone else. He even noted a few repairs the others had missed, and he was still substantially less! His work is excellent. After my second wreck, I drove straight to Mike's garage. His estimate was again, lower than even my insuance estimate. He is honest, straight-forward and one of the nicest people I have met in Charlotte. His work is top quality and his prices are amazing. He will even fix little things not included on the estimate. It's rare to find that quality nowdays, especially in car repair business. Thanks Mike! Danette Taylor

My husband and I needed a set of tires for a car we had just sold and we needed them fast. My husband called Pep Boys and took the car in that day. They got us in as soon as we arrived and had us out of there within 40 minutes. The service was great and fast. The prices were very reasonable for the job that they did.

Two months ago, I purchased a 2007 Acura TL from Hendrick Acura. These guys were top notch and treated me like family. The atmosphere was amazing and courteous and the business was very clean. They were very helpful with my new purchase. Since purchase, I went back for an oil change. Bill Nance was extremely friendly and made it a very simple service.
I couldn't be happier. I will continue to buy my new and used cars from Hendrick Acura.

I came to Parks Chevrolet on North Tryon Street a little afraid of all car dealers. Being a single women, I expected to be take advantage of and I was so surprised. From the moment I entered the showroom, I was treated with the utmost respect. They asked about my needs, and truely seemed concerned I get the right car. I love my new Cobalt. It is perfect. The fuel economy is great, and the price fit my budget. I would tell all my friends and family to go there. I have an appointment for an oil change and I expect the same experience in service.
Pros: I felt comfortable the minute I walked in the door. The price was the best I found anywhere
Cons: I wish there was a location in South Charlotte

Unfortunately I have had to visit Loren’s shop more than I would like… However, I would not go ANYWHERE else. That is unless he recommended it (I once sent a friend to his shop and he was honest enough with them to send them to a person better suited to work on their type of car).
I read the other review and was a little surprised to find an insurance company recommended Import Paint & Body – Quite honestly my experience has been that insurance companies cringe when I inform them that Import Paint & Body will be doing the work. Which to me is a ringing endorsement in and of itself!
Do not let the hectic office or the busy schedule dissuade you – it is well worth it!

These guys are great. I had to write because I have been using them for the last 7 years, and couldn't believe they would have a low rating. They have done extras for me, and even advised me to get a new car when it was way past due even though that was counterintuitive to making money. They are friendly and know most of their regulars by name. I would trust them any day.
Pros: They are honest
Cons: a smidgen expensive, but that might be my budget speaking

I am very pleased with the service that I received from South End Carstore. The hospitality was phenominal. The tint job and audio installation that I recvd was top notch and I couldn't have asked for anything better. I would recommend their services to anyone and would back them 100%. I havenot ran into another company that can hold a candle to them.
Pros: Convenient area, inexpensive, personal touch, family owned.
Cons: parking area is alittle tight.

If you are looking for an honest shop that will take good care of your car, this is the place to go. They won't try to upsell you stuff you don't need, and they will show you why you need to do the things they suggest. They've serviced my Honda for 3+ years. I love that they started working on Lexus, because now my wife won't have to take ours to the dealer. To top it all off, they pass out lottery tickets on Thursdays and I won $75 the last time I got my oil changed.
Pros: Superior service
