Owner takes time to educate you on your problem and offers repair options. They understand the benefits of repeat business. They even offer a shop warranty beyond the parts warranties. Not many places do that.

Avoid this like the plague. We had our car "fixed" there, and it was a nightmare. After THREE WEEKS, it still was not fixed correctly. A huge major part was left off the car, and the car was damaged while in their shop. Yes, the rear bumper had a big dent and flaking paint, and although initially the owner said it would be fixed, he reneged on that and refused to repair their damage. We called police and filed a report Since it is locally owned, the national 800 number we called could not help. Several other people we talked to after our incident said they heard about the poor service at this place. DO NOT give these people your business!
Pros: absolutely none
Cons: can't list them all- big thumbs down

I WANT ALL TO KNOW WHO TAKE THEIR VECHICLES TO AUDI FOR SERVICE THAT IF YOUR VECHICLE IS VANDALIZED IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY FOR DAMAGES ON THEIR LOT. MY CAR TIRES WERE STOLEN AND THE DEALERSHIP EXPECTS ME TO PAY TO REPLACE THEM. I AM SURE PEOPLE ARE NOT AWARE OF THIS AGREEMENT WHEN LEAVING THEIR VECHICLE FOR SERVICE WORK. THIS DEALERSHIP DOES NOT PROTECT YOUR INTEREST IF YOU LOSE ITEMS ON THEIR LOT. SERVICE BEWARE AT THIS DEALERSHIP!!! IT MAY COST YOU MORE THAN YOU EXPECT.
