Veggies are a favorite of my family and it is so hard to find them at a reasonable price in the Charleston area. Well, I found great veggies at rock bottom prices here! You do have to watch the quality as they often have some out that I consider past the shelf life, but that's the price you pay to get such awesome bargains. Either my husband or I stop in weekly and have never walked out empty handed and buying veggies here doesn't break the bank!

If you can get over the stench of the rotting veggies in this place, and the fact that you may have to dig through those rotting veggies to get to the good stuff, this place rocks! Dirt cheap prices, especially on sun dried tomatoes and cheap sweets by the check outs. Family operated, and friendly. It's not all rotten veggies, but sometimes they keep them around longer than they should. Their prices are outstanding, though, and you can also get locally produced sweets like beney wafers and taffy here for very cheap as well.

Never, ever buy veggies anywhere else but here. Their selection is outstanding and always just as fresh as if you picked it yourself and their prices will amaze you. There's no overhead here and so they don't need to charge you $2.50/lb for tomatoes.
They have an amazing selection of fresh meat and dairy products as well, and herbs, spices and other 'novelties' are SO inexpensive here. The thing I love the most is their Sun Dried Tomatoes---normally they run you $5.00 for a tiny little jar of them in the store, but you can get them for SO cheap here, and they're fresh and not smothered in oil and SO inexpensive.
