This place was one of my staples when in college. They have great gyros and fantastic vegetarian chili! The staff was always friendly and they have jazz nights too!

Zorbas is one of the few places in Urbana-Champaign that you can get gyros. They have both the traditional gyros but also offer chicken gyros as well. They also have a wide variety of appetizers, my favorite being their fried mushrooms. It is however a little expensive, so go on a Tuesday when most things are half off! Don’t forget to try their chicken fajitas!

I tried the pizza. It was so delicious. They serve beer and wine. There is a huge, big-screen TV on one wall -so it's a great place to watch the big game. The decor is contemporary with bright, bold colors on the walls and ceiling. Upside down umbrellas are used for accents. Different touch.

While the food is good, the service MUST improve. We ate dinner on October 30, 2009 and watched on couple walk out because it took so long to get their food, another table let the waitress know she would not be getting a tip due to poor service and our pizza came out wrong. We were offered an apology, but not offered to have the pizza redone. The price you pay for pizza her should warrant better service.

If you like having 5 gazillion choices, Za's is the place to be. Za's unique ballot order form allows you to create just about any sort of pizza, pasta, or panini you want. There is nowhere else I know of where I can get a pesto-gouda-apple-walnut-italian sausage pizza.
Confused by the choices? They have easily chosen "favorites" as well.
The pizzas are thin crust and feed only one person, but they are generous with the toppings. The paninis are large and the bread they use is quite good. Overall, it seems the ingredients they use are high quality.
The atmosphere is quite nice, especially the upstairs area, which is divided into several cozy lounges.
The main compliant I have is that for a restaurant that has order ballots to save time, actually getting your order can take quite awhile. Maybe that is a byproduct of all the choices you have, but it certainly isn't a great place if you are in a rush.

Za's is cheap, convenient and delicious --- what more could you want? I love the spaghetti and pizzas and they are always adding more options like Pick 2 or soups or something. Their 100% fruit smoothies are great too!
Pros: great food, convenient, cheap, drive thru, smoothies
Cons: sometimes understaffed so takes a while to get food

The stylist is a nice person. Many Asians here recommend her and you know, it is very difficult for Asians to find a stylist who knows how to cut Asian hairs. The stylist is a Japanese. She asked me whether I wanted a funcky hair or a regular one. I think she used another word, instead of "regular." Anyway, I chose the regular one but I didn't really like the result. Too "docile." So next time I will choose funcky one. Don't remember the price but it is cheap.
