I have very mixed opinions about Biaggi's. The food is good, but could be much better. When you go to Biaggi's, you are paying for the atmosphere. I have found the service to be inconsistent. My wife loves this place, and that is the only reason I come back. I find it more convenient, cheaper, and better tasting to go to Downtown Champaign to the Great Impasta or Manzellas. I recommend staying away from this overpriced chain restaurant, and enjoy the local favorite.

Biaggi’s Restaurant in Champaign is probably the best Italian food in central Illinois. It is pretty expensive but you are paying for the environment they provide. It is hard to find a nice restaurant in such a rural area such as Champaign, but Biaggi’s provides service, excellence, and great tasting food. The wine selection they have is superb so don’t forget to have some with your meal. This restaurant is great for a first date impression!

Now that I have moved away from the area, when I return for visits Biaggi's is one of the places I want to hit up. They have GREAT Italian food. The restaurant is very clean, very nice, and quite inviting. There is a bar area where the tables are first come first serve and they usually have baseball or basketball games on the tv's. The dining area is really nice and the wait staff always look great. The food is just fantastic. They have changed their menu a few times over the years but in general everything I have tried has been wonderful. They even sold my parents a bottle of their olive oil because my parents love it so much! This is a great date place, family place, or even a get together for the girls. The prices aren't too bad considering how nice the atmosphere is. Call ahead during busy times or you'll wait!

Biaggi's is a fairly upscale Italian restaurant. While the prices are high, I believe it is worth the splurge, once in a while. The food is tasty and well prepared and the portions are very large. The spinach salad and the messina salad are both very good. I am also a very big fan of the Capellini Di Mare.

The best Italiano restaurant in U-C. A beautiful and clean restaurant. The atomosphere inside is very good so good for official meeting, dating, and gathering. I once saw a guy proposed to his girlfriend in this restaurant. Many people LOVE its cheese cake. The major defeat is the price is a little bit high.
