This hotel is near and dear to my heart since it has played a role in one way or another through major parts of my life. My junior prom was held here in a banquet room in the basement. It was a nice room and the food was pretty good. Later on in college I attended many various job fairs held in banquet rooms upstairs (which are much nicer than the one in the basement). I have also stayed here as a hotel guest when returning to CU to visit after college. The hotel is pretty nice, the rooms have nice windows and the rooms have all the usual stuff. The best part of this hotel used to be the diner right behind it, which closed a year or so ago. I have heard that this hotel is closing as well, which is unfortunate.
