I went to BJ and Company for a cut and highlight for my long, previously undamaged hair. The woman who did my hair burned it with the bleach, so badly that all the hair that the bleach touched broke off at the scalp. There was a pile of hair behind me on the floor that would have filled a trash bag after she was finished combing my hair. I was very upset, and the stylist told me that my hair was falling out and she didn't know why. It wasn't until I got home and looked at my head under a bright light that I could see the broken hairs sticking out all over my head. When I called to tell the manager what happened, she gave me a lackluster apology and refunded the money for the highlight, but made me pay for the haircut! I will NEVER return to this horrible "salon" and I've been telling everyone who will listen my story so that nobody else has half the hairs on their head broken off at the scalp!!

Debbie is most likely the best I've known for all waxing and facials (from east coast originally -used to big cities with city prices) Very thoughtful, asks about your day/stress/work/children/sleep etc to determine what you need and how to make the whole experience what you want. Doesn't talk too much. She works calmly to make even waxing feel like a spa treatment. Her facials are heavenly. I am used to having someone clean pours with an instrument and there is not a lot of that. One thing - the nail technicians are young and talk more than I personally prefer.

The first time I went to get a haircut here, I waited for 45 minutes. The lady at the front desk did not check me in, so the stylist did not know that I was there. The stylist did a wonderful job, and the haircut was free due to the long wait. My experience would have been perfect if I didn't have to wait, but they fixed the problem in the end by giving the haircut to me at no charge.

The nice thing is you can choose a "level" of technician which will help keep the cost down. You can also get gift certificates which are great for Christmas and birthday gifts!

This place offers one of the best massage therapists that I've ever gone to. Their massage rooms are very relaxing and very luxurious. Although the price is slightly expensive ($65.00 for one hour), the effect is truly worth every penny. If you're stressed or just need to feel good, go to BJ for a massage!

Not that I am an expert in day spa services, but... I sold cars for several years, meaning I shook hands with dozens of people every day. It's important to have your hands look good when they get this much exposure; a weekly manicure is pretty much a neccessity. BJ's never made me feel weird or uncomfortable coming in to get my nails done, and they never talked about it to anyone (several of my female friends go to this place as well). Professional, discreet, good work.

BJ's is an excellent one stop shop for everything. They do hair, nails, feet, face, massage, spa, etc... I've had many services done and I've never been disappointed. Tori does my hair. She is a senior director and has been there many years. She always does a fabulous job. I have also gotten an hour massage there a few times and it was heaven. I literally felt unconcious. I couldn't believe how relaxed I was. Of course, then I had to return to the real world. Tina waxed my eyebrows and did a fabulous job. She gets it done with as minimal pain as possible. They are a little bit more expensive than other places, but definitely worth the money for a job done excellent the first time!!
