Vibez used to be the car audio department of Good Vibes. The manager of the department bought it out and is now running it as his own small business. When I was working at a car dealership in Champaign this is where we brought all of our remote start and CD player/DVD player installs, and I'm talking 40+ per month. We never had a problem getting one done as long as we scheduled in advance. Prices were very reasonable, too.

We just bought a used car from United Car Center and they allowed us to take the car for four hours so that our mechanic could look it over for us. They also let us take it home for the night and come back in the morning to sign papers. Great experience!

U-Haul is a truck rental service. It has little ones and huge ones for rent. A little one is pretty enough for a student without much furniture. For a family, a big one is great, but at a high price. some season are the busy times; if you need one, you would book early. Otherwise, you might find someone else already have bookings to share. The price are fare. Remember to fill the oil tank when renting.

It has a good reputation in town but apparently it is because we don't have many choices here. Actually we have many shops here but most of them are not good. It takes two weeks to have my car fixed but I was told that was considered as "quick." My friend had a bad experience with them so she prefered to drove 3 hours back to her hometown to get the car fixed.

It has a good repair service and maybe that is why a bit more expensive than the other repair services. When I call in for an appointment, they have already many work to finish so that I have to wait. I waited for about a week.
They soon checked out what is wrong with my car and fixed it well. When I drove it back home, the next day a little warning light was enlighten. It made me nervous. But finally it showed up something wet from the rain, and after dried up it turned off. :)

I worked for a car dealership in Champaign for a number of years, and Brad at Res-Q-Me was the guy who did ALL of our paint work. He'd come in once a week and fix the dings, scratches, rock chips, etc, that you find on cars that have been traded in. Even when he was working in a dusty corner building on our lot, his work was good--and when he was working in a paint booth in his shop, he was excellent. Great work at a great price.

More
I worked at this store from 2002-2005. We had a number of different problems stemming from changes in management when I started; by the time we got all of that sorted out it was the middle of 2003, which is when Ryan Gremore's tenure over the store really got started. Ryan is far and away the best car guy I have ever known, and he was a good boss, too. Employee morale was high and customer satisfaction was even higher.
Ryan left for the O'Brien store in Normal in January of 2005, and the store went completely downhill from there. The new manager had a completely different philosophy that focused much more on gouging customers than on customer satisfaction. I left when he took over.
He is now on his way out, however, and the next guy coming in is excellent. It remains to be seen how he'll do (he doesn't start till next month) but I have high hopes.
Go see Terry Twitchell if you are interested in a Mitsubishi, Hyundai, or Kia. They don't sell Isuzu anymore.
