My family has used this service center for many years. They have great customer service. They are realistic in the time frame it takes to get something done. The prices are reasonable. I believe rental cars are available if you must leave your car overnight. They sure do know their stuff here! Definitely worth a try if your looking for a car repair place.

I've had a 13 year relationship with this dealer and only have good things to say. Selection is enormous which allows me to get a great deal every time I've traded up. The service department makes every effort to explain repairs and maintenance options to me so I can make an informed decision. Service is fast and proficient.
PROS: More product knowledge that other dealers.
Better selection and lower prices. If I want it, they'll have it or can get it. Ask the service dept. to provide you with certification of the technicians. They are recognized nationally for their competence.
ADVICE: Sometimes the phones are really busy. I find it's better to walk into the dealership. I'll usually research on their website in advance of either.
OF NOTE: During a visit to Cedar Creek I observed a gentleman with his wife loading a Honda cruiser into their truck with a Wyoming license plate.

This place does sooo much for the community it is the only place I go to now.
I just recently received a letter stating they are doing a fundraiser for the Ozaukee County Humane Society.
Every oil change that they do money will be donated! They also show you what they did to your vehicle when fixed. I love their cookies and apples in the waiting room. Its also nice to see magazine that I like not just ones for men only.
Pros: Womans' workshops & frundraisers for the Humane Soceity
