Great Irish food!

This has become one of my favorite places to dine. They have 3 separate rooms, one for a quieter, more romantic dining experience. The second is a "pub" atmosphere, the third is a "cigar room." The food is outstanding! I've tried most everything on the menu and have been very impressed. The Portabello mushrooms, Irish lamb stew, Guinness Beef Stew, Bangers and Mash, Ham, and Roasted Lamb are my favorites. They have a great selection of beers on tap and a variety of daily specials. I've gone there with my 2 toddlers - they love the food. And I've been there for a romantic anniversary celebration - it's a very versatile restaurant. The wait staff is friendly, knowledgeable and expedient. Located in Castle Pines, right of I-25, it is a great location.
