I do not recommend this office. They make me wait 45 minutes for a regularly scheduled appointment, are not organized, and never return calls. I had a prolonged condition that required lab tests. Every time I called for the results, the office either put me on voice mail, said they would call back, or just acted exasperated that I would request they pull my chart and refused to get it. If you need a quick check-up, this may be the place for you as it is easy to get an appointment. However, if you have any sort of illness, you would do better somewhere else. I will be switching doctors ASAP!

I have been a patient of Plum Creek Medical for years and I have always had very good experience. The staff has bent over backwards for me and I love that there is always a smiling face when I walk in the door. I even had a doctor there come in and open the practice on Saturday when he was on call. I saved so much money, time and peace of mind. It really showed me that this practice cares about it's patients. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my medical needs!

My experience at this doctor's office was a fairly good one. It didn't take long to get an appointment but I did have to wait at least one week. The receptionist wasn't extremely friendly. When I got to my appointment I wasn't waiting too long. I got back to my room and the doctor came in to see me . She wasn't very nice at all and didn't investigate what was wrong with me as much as I would have liked. I still don't know why I have the symptoms I do. Oh well it was close to my house-that's a plus! I wouldn't recommend this doctor's office.
