I like to come here for tires. They always have a great selection at great prices. They do a great job and do it quick. They always leave my car clean. They have plenty of parking. The staff are very friendly. The building looks very professional and I feel safe here.

I tried 3 other shops in town trying to get my check engine light repaired. Everyone told me it was fixed, and 2 days later the light would come back on. I asked around and I heard more than once that Automaster would get it right, so I called. You called me later that day and told me what it would take to get it straightened out, and you also told me about other areas of my car that needed attention. I promised you that if the light stayed off, I would be back for the other suggested repairs. After 2 weeks, the light was still off and the car was running great! I just got off the phone with [Service adviser] Castro, and I made an appointment to get the other issues squared away. Finally, a shop I can trust and count on! Thank you so much.

Whenever I need a part to fix my car I come here. The staff are very helpful and I know I can always find what I'm looking for here. If they don't have a part on hand they will call around to other stores and have it delivered. If that doesn't work they will order me the parts. Very quick service and definitely worth stopping by.

The sales people hear are friendly and fair. I got in to a car that was right in my price range. They got the financing arranged for me. Then they cleaned the car for me before I left. They have both new and used cars. And if you don't see what you want in Castle Rock, they have another location in Parker.

We've taken our cars to the Big O in Castle Rock and the one on Castle Pines Parkway and they've both been great. The service is fast and they're always honest about how long it's going to take. A couple of times I've gone in for a tire rotation and balance and when I got there they said it would be a few hours so I shouldn't stay. Much better than them lying and me sitting there for two hours. The waiting area isn't anything to write home about, but they do have an area where you can sit and wait. The prices are reasonable, and they people are always very nice.
