LFS Home Loans is such a great company and a great group of loan officers to work with. The entire staff is knowledgeable and extremely responsive to all my questions. Never once did I have a phone call go unreturned or a question not answered, even if it meant my loan officer having to call back later with the answer. I felt comfortable and at ease working with them on my first home purchase. For a nerve wracking event such as buying your first home, I felt that the process was so much easier working with LFS Home Loans. I recommend them to everyone I know looking to purchase or refinance their home. We have received advice regarding loan programs for purchase of a new house as well as refinancing of an existing mortgage. In both cases, we have found the advice we've been given to be very thorough and timely. There has also been no hesitation about helping provide us with estimates and advice even if our home purchase is not going to take place for a year or so. Very friendly and helpful.
