I have been eating at this great little restaurant for over 31 years, And the food is still great. You have to try the pizza here and when you do (you will be coming back!) When you order a pasta and get a salad make sure you get the blue cheese dressing(it has chunks of blue cheese) Over all the prices are great and the food delicious. I would highly recommend this establishment

Best Pizza on the planet!! Not that I've had every pizza on the planet, but I can't imagine there's any better!! That's how I described it to my co-workers. I worked in the Carson area almost ten years ago, and LOVED Rosario's pizza. When I recently started working in the area again, then found out they were still in business, AND the pizza just as great as ever, I was ecstatic!! Please bring your appetite!! You can't imagine how high the toppings are piled, until you see it for yourself!! Even the small is so heavy, you have to carry with both hands underneath. The crust and sauce have that homemade "yum", and you can taste each fresh ingredient, no matter how many you have!! Ok, gotta go, my mouth is watering all over my keyboard. Enjoy!!

Rosario's, or Rosie's as our family calls it, is a family-owned classic pizzaria, two blocks off the 405 in Carson. It is in a shabby little strip center between a clothing outlet and a liquor store. It is the home of the best pizza I have ever had. I have travelled the world and I carry 275 pounds on a fifty-year-old frame, and I have never had a pizza anywhere even close to this good.
First, everything is fresh and made from scratch, including their awesome fennel-sausage. They pile their pizzas so high, the actual cooking time for a medium is about 25 minutes (dominos is six). A medium sausage pizza without extra cheese or anything else weighs OVER FIVE POUNDS!
I personally have been eating there when in California since 1985. My wife actually went in to labor with our daughter at Rosario's. Bring a huge appetite, lots of friends and you won't be dissapointed!

This local establishment has been is business over 25 years in the same location. The location being an old small strip mall with a liquor store and a cleaners. It looks like a hole in the wall from the outside and when you walk in surprise it looks the same on the inside! The decor is dusty plastic grape leaf trellis type of look with only about 8 tables for dining and a T.V at the far end. The minute you taste the pizza you forget all about your surrounding though because it leaves your mouth is watering for more! Our family always orders a pizza and the dinner salad with the bleu cheese dressing and garbonzo beans. This salad easily feeds 3 and is priced very reasonable as is all their food. The waitress are always friendly and courteous and it feels like home when we do decide to eat in rather then take-out. I can't tell you much about the rest of the menu although over the last 25 years I know we have tried many items. It is just that the pizza is so good we usually stick to that and pick it up to go on a Friday night. No matter what 9 times out of 10 their is someone we know be it a old H.S buddy or neighbor waiting inside for their Friday night splurge! The restaurant is closed on Sundays. I think (prettty sure) they have an A rating on the window. Which they deserve in my opinion because the kitchen looks clean and bright and I have never had a problem in all my years of eating at Rosarios!

You may think that $22.00 is a lot to pay for a pizza, but wait till you sink your teeth into Rosario's. I have been eating this pizza since I was ten and that is a lot of years gone by. Everytime I try a pizza, I compare it to Rosario's. You owe it to yourself, it is that good.
Pros: small shop
