Must say that they used to be lot better when they weren't as big or busy. They are too much of a fast food type restaurant now. They still make decent Mexican food but have lost their home town feel.

I live in the Atlanta area now and the thing I miss most of home is the weather and the AWESOME food from the great eaterys in Los Angeles. Diana's is by far one of the GREAT jewels in the South Bay. Tucked away in Carson it is truly a place to go when you really crave authentic Mexican flavor without going to grandma's cocina. They get it to you ALWAYS hot ,fresh, and in a timely manor. The staff is always courteous and pleasant and eager to help you. If you are not familiar with Diana's I honestly recommend that the next time you have a craving for honest to God great Mexican food you take a trip down to Carson and give them a taste.
Pros: Plenty of parking, plenty of service, lots of great food!!!

It's not wonder Diana's has lines forming outside the restaurant because it is by far the best authentic mexican food restaurant this side of town. Prices are unbeatable with tons of food selections from breakfast to lunch to dinner. Customers are loyal and they keep coming back so be surprised to be waiting in line for a while but the food is totally worth the wait. The wet burrito with red sauce and a cold glass of horchata make a perfect combination.
