This place is awesome. Super cheap bowling, and per game, not hour. But bring cash! Last time I went, there was an issue with the ATM, but I think it's probably resloved by now. They've got a little arcade, and of course a snack bar. It's a really cute little place, and great for just a quick pick-up game. Oh, and if you don't have socks, they sell them there.

There are teachers at American River College that are the best in the country. It's actually difficult to get hired on here, from my understanding, and American River is where a lot of instructions want to teach at. I've had lots of great teachers here, and there's a wide varitey of majors available. The campus is fairly small, but offers almost every class that you'd like to take!

I've been there a few times but never bought anything. The place is small but they pack alot of stuff. They have alor of clothes, especially baby girls clothes. In the back of the store, that's where their big items are (strollers, car seats, cribs, ect). You can also order new stuff thru a catalog for bedding.
I tried to sell my clothes but they didn't offer me a good price so I took my clothes back. Some of their used items seem a bit expensive (monitors) but the rest seems ok.

You do not see places like this anymore. A family run shop that cares about helping out its customers. We went there for a costume, but my son has been huge into magic and we didn't know a place like this existed. The worker there went over different magic tricks with my son and explained to him what kind of magic would be best for him to perform, and gave excellent recomindations. We have been back several times.

Although this store has lots of videos, they are not very organized. There isn't much rhyme or reason regarding how they are placed. Plenty of parking since they are located in a shopping center. You can buy your snacks at the grocery store located just a few doors down fromBlockbuster.

Kovar's is the most reknown karate academy in the Sacramento area. They have expanded over the years and now offer several locations throughout the great Sac area. The owners, Dave and Tim Kovar, are educated in both business and martial arts. Kovars offers a blend of Tae Kwon Do and Kenpo, with other classes focusing on kickboxing, Mui Thay, and Jui Jitsu. The instructors are kind, patient and well trained. They have classes for ages 4 and up. The prices are comparable to other academies, but include all belt testing fees as well.

Carmichael Elementary School is old, outdated and rather run down. The campus has had to expand several times and now also includes several portable classroom buildings. The condition of the school itself is not, however, reflected upon the academic curriculum or the quality of the teachers in this school. They are exceptional, and they are willing to put in lots of time to ensure that your child will be successful. Carmichael Elementary School has an extensive English-as-a-Second-Language program, and many students come to the school not knowing how to speak English at all. There is a large population of Ukrainian and Russian children at this school.

This is a preschool my granddaughter goes to. It’s located on Kenneth near Garfield. There may be a waiting list to sign up your preschooler since this is a Head Start preschool, which means there is no cost. Our granddaughter LOVES going to preschool and there doesn’t seem to be very many preschoolers going there. The classrooms are quite clean and the play yard is quite large. There are plenty of gates and fencing to keep the kids out of the street.
