We recently missed a home maintenance appointment with Appel. No problem, they called us to reschedule with no additional cost or penalty.
We have also called Appel in an emergency and they were very responsive and thorough, even though our home builder used another heating company when the house was built.
We rely on their periodic maintenance program and do not have any furnace or air cond. surprises.
You can't go wrong with Appel. Quality people, quality work, very high integrity.

If you are shopping for home goods, this is a place that you will want to stop in. Arhaus sells a wide selection of furniture items, accessories, rugs, and so much more. The store is always so inviting, which is hard to believe sometimes because it is difficult to make a warehouse feel like a home, but they do it. The staff are always friendly and helpful, whether you are there to actually make a purchase or browse around for ideas. If you are in Merchant's Square, you will not be disappointed if you just pop in to see what they have going on. Prices vary widely, but that is to be expected because they are a furniture store. However, they do have big sales and promotional events, so if you hit the Arhaus at just the right time, you may get yourself a really, really great deal!

We've had an Ashley Furniture Store in town for a year or two. I had never bothered going in, just assuming that it was another high-priced furniture store.
Recently, we checked it out and were pleasently surprised at the prices and quality. Though the furniture may not be as high of a quality as some stores, the prices are great for furiture that will still last you 10 years or more.

the store is enormous with reasonable prices. I didn't feel pressured at all yet a sales person was available when I finally wanted one. Loved the coffee/cookies in the back of the store. My order is expected in 2 weeks from date of purchase. I can't wait for it to arrive. I'll be going back in a few months to order for another room.
