We recently missed a home maintenance appointment with Appel. No problem, they called us to reschedule with no additional cost or penalty.
We have also called Appel in an emergency and they were very responsive and thorough, even though our home builder used another heating company when the house was built.
We rely on their periodic maintenance program and do not have any furnace or air cond. surprises.
You can't go wrong with Appel. Quality people, quality work, very high integrity.

Excellent workmanship and professionalism completed on schedule at a reasonable price. I would rate Leising Home Improvements as the best contractor to enlist if you are planning a floor install or for that matter any misc home construction project

They are top notch. They had a little glitch with the suppliers, there were parts that didn't show up. They stayed in touch with us everyday. They were outstanding. We liked him so much we had him come in and do more work. They were lower priced then the competition, and had a much better design.
