Back in July, I called them to see if they could fix a 5 year old Gladiator fridge/freezer in my garage. It is now September, they have been out to my house at least 5 times, and they have yet to properly diagnose the issue or fix the product. Each time they come, they have a different reason for the problem, and they order a new part, but it has yet to work. Also, for something has gone so badly, you would think they would make getting it right a priority, but sometimes they have gone 2-3 days without returning my call, and it has taken them up to a week to come in for service at different times. I am gettin ready to gice up on them and request a full refund since they have been yet to diagnose the problem correctly. Pros: Polite, friendly and fair Cons: Poor technical knowledge, lacked sense of urgency

I did not end up using Duncan Appliance Service. When I called and described my problem and the age of my dishwasher, The gentleman there advised me that I would be better off replacing it. Although this cost him business, he gave me recommendations of the most reliable models. I will use him when I do need service again. Pricing was right in line with others I called.
