The first thing you will notice about this restaurant is the gorgeous view out the back windows. The view is of the ocean. If just want drinks and appetizers you can head upstairs to the bar and enjoy the view while you eat and drink. The seafood here is great. They have a wide variety of plates to choose from. The Sunday brunch is also great and you can sit outside on the patio when the weather is warmer. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

The Beach House in Cardiff by the Sea is a nice restaurant and I have always gotten great service and good meals. The view is still the best and sunset cocktails is definitely the way to go.

So this place is a little antiquatied looking but who cares, you are RIGHT on the water. Get a seat on the patio and prepare for a gorgeous view, which they illuminate so you can see the crashing waves even at night. I used to always get the sand dabs here- but I dont even know what they are really. Last time i went I had the clam chowder, it was yummy! Yes, this place is pricey and parking sucks, but it's worth it! Make a reservation!

Whenever anyone visits, this is the place to go. Right on the water in Cardiff, The Beach House is a geat spot to get a fancy dinner with friends. We like the upstairs bar which has Pizza Kitchen prices, live music on weekends, a great menu, and a better view than downstairs which is priced at two times the plate. Sit outside at night and the spotlights light up the ocean, or go on Saturday for their late afternoon happy-hour.

Very nice setting on the Pacific where you can see the waves come in and watch some people surfing. Food is good but a little expensive except for the very good values for the Sunset Specials served from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM. Service is attentive without being bothersome.
