Framers Workshop

I took 3 boards into the workshop to be cut into 8 x 10 pieces exactly. Their services are very expensive but I needed it done perfectly. Unfortunately I trusted her work based on past reviews so I did not check it before I left. Later when I checked her work it was completely off. Some were cut a 1/4 in. off, either too big or too small, also the lines weren't even straight. Since they are not open on Sundays I had to go buy more board and do it myself. When I went back for a refund she would not give it to me. Instead she offered me a credit!! I refused since there is no way I am going back if she can't even cut straight! My advise go somewhere else! Especially if you have something that is non-replaceable. They do not stand by their work therefore why should a paying customer! more

I recently took one of my cross stitch pictures here to have it framed. The nice thing about this store is you are able to crate your own frame. Another good thing about this store is they are able to frame just about anything you take to them to have framed regardless of size. The picture I took to them to have framed came out really nice and goes perfectly in the room it was designed for. more
