Good: The permeating stench of urine.. Bad: Sold me a bird "great for kids" that snaps, hisses & bites. They refuse refunds, so now I'm stuck with a mean-spirited bird & children who are afraid of it. This isn't how pet stores are supposed to work.. Improvements: Any form of customer service would be nice. If this was an honest business, they would respect my decision to return a dangerous pet (after I was mislead into thinking it would be friendly).. Other: I hate shopping at big chains, however, you usually get some form of customer service-they usually stand behind their product and don't lie to move inventory.. more

Worst pet store I ever walked into. Rude employees and a stench in the store that can't be explained but described as overpowering. Prices on the things we looked at made it worth the trip to Pet Supplies Plus. Needs new management or shut down. The puppy mill is disgusting and should be investigated. I've heard some rumors from past employees and took it as just that: a rumor. After being in the store, I didn't doubt a single word of the horror stories. Just go somewhere else. more
