I do reccomamnd to use them for all your a/c and heating needs. Pros: on time, courtious, professional, well priced.

Called NRG to replace a blower motor and was told their rates were, $75 per service call, and then it would depend on the job cost. When I asked what that meant, the personable lady who answered the phone said that their rates were, competitive. I needed a new motor which was covered by the manufacturer as it is only three years old. So I was only to pay for labor. Oren and David, my service technicians, told me it would take a total of 15 minutes to install it. The cost? $700.00. That's just for the installation. My total bill was to be $775.00. And then just sign some paperwork to verify my warranty on the old blower motor. David is the trainee and Oren is the official technician. Let's do the math. At $700.00 for 15 minutes of work, Oren and David together make and charge $2800.00 per hour. So they each make $1400.00 per hour. Competitive rates right? Just call around. The rates you will get quoted are $75 - $125 per hour. I vote this as the most crooked company in the Valley. BTW - ordered the new motor from the manufacturer through a licenced A/C technician and I'm installing it myself. Call me if you need a new blower motor. I know exactly what to do and what not to do.

Called during first weekend of 100+ degrees weather. Serviceman (I use that term loosely) looks at equipment and refuses to work on it saying everything needs to be replaced at a cost of $10,000 (with easy financing). Would not do anything. We paid a $95 service fee and called another company. There was NOTHING WRONG with our unit after minor adjustment (A/C unit is only 6 yrs old). Placed 2 calls to the company to speak with the owner/manager and he never returned the call. Most unprofessional ever - tried to take advantage of weather. Very bad Pros: came same day Cons: total ripoff
