I love, love, love the Mosaic Cafe and Coffee House! Their chicken salad is the best I've ever had...and if you get it on focaccia bread, you'll think you've died and gone to heaven. I'm also crazy about their homemade desserts. Try the dark chocolate-walnut cake or their raspberry-swirl cheesecake with a cup of espresso. Sinful! I recently attended their Saturday afternoon tea service and was blown away by the beautiful sampler of fruits, desserts and tea-sandwiches for just $7.95. The best part of all is that the Cafe is not crowded after 2:00 pm, so if you want to take your friends and enjoy a quiet afternoon, it's the perfect spot. All in all, the owners have done a great job of pulling everything together...decor...food...service. It's got it all!

The Mosaic Cafe specializes in 'hot off the grill' panini sandwiches, hearty soups, fresh salads, homemade desserts and roasted espresso. Locally owned just outside of Asheville in the Village at Biltmore Lake, the Mosaic Cafe is the perfect blend of food, drinks and fun!
Don't leave without ordering the Rock and Roll Chicken Salad on focaccia bread. It's simply amazing! You'll also receive your choice of spinach dip or salsa as a condiment with tortilla chips. Choose the spinach dip and you'll think you've died and gone to heaven!
For a real treat, try the German Chocolate Cake Latte with a slice of made-from scratch coconut cake. The muffins and pastries are also delicious. You'll love the mosaic decor too...the tables were handcrafted especially for the Cafe.

Mr. Henson was very prompt in returning our calls and answering our questions. The project was done in a timely manner. He went the extra mile. I've never seen a person so proud of his previous jobs. He had a photo album that was up to date and letters of recommendation. He will definitely be coming to complete another project in the future.
