Prompt and efficient service 8/18/2013

From the time I called Pronto Plumbing, I was treated with exceptional customer service. Tommy T. was the service technician who arrived at my house to do the work. He was on time and very polite. Once he assessed the problem, he offered suggestions and told me what the cost of the job would be. He was very thorough and professional. I will definitely use Pronto Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs. They truly care about the customers they serve and the work they do. more

Tommy T, was a life saver. Replaced leaking water heater in timely manner and found we needed water tank also due to low pressure. He was very methodical and professional in his work. An asset to his company. more

friendly and fabulous 10/3/2012

Tommy arrived at the time arranged. He was friendly and very understanding. I was in a bit of an emotional state because I was having a rough couple of weeks and Tommy listened and was very patient with my questions. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done and how it would be done. I would recommend Tommy and the Pronto staff to any of my neighbors and friends. more

Pronto Plumbing Service 4/20/2012

Tommy was prompt, curteous, and well informed. He explained all my options and the work was done quickly. He went out of his way to make sure all the repairs were correctly done and fixed a few small items that went a little beyond what I paid for. more

Robert has come to our house several times and has always been polite and professional in his attitude and work ethics. He always answers our questions and we feel he has provided excellent service and information. When we have other work to do we will ask for him to return. more

Pronto was Pronto both in promised time and service 1/3/2012

Had a leak in the washer connectors. Called Secco (who operate Pronto Plumbing) on Jan 2nd. They were closed but returned our call around 8 am on the 3rd. By 11:00 the connector fitting had been replaced. Robert gave us 2 options for the replacement part and gave us his recommendation (which we took) that actually saved us some money. (You don't get that kind of service from many service/repair technicians.) Robert finished the repair in short order and was most courteous and friendly. We have had Secco (or Pronto) technicians at our house twice in the past year (once for an A/C tune up) and both times we have been extremely satisfied with both the technicians as well as the work they performed. more

New system to remove bad smell 12/6/2011

I called Pronto Plumbing because I was having a really bad smell whenever I ran the hot water. They sent Robert out to find out what the problem was. He came out and said I needed a compresser for my well, as gas had moved in. I set the date and Robert came back. He told me what was going to happen and then did the work. He was respectful of my house and very professonal. When he was done, he took me and showed me what he did, how it worked. What to do if the smell came back, and how this system worked with my well. I was so impressed with Robert! He worked for 8 hours getting the system in. He cleaned where he had worked and the system looks great. Robert was friendly and informative. I recomend him for any service he does! He was great! more
