Cumberland Apothecary

This place looks good on the outside and it is a absolute nightmare to deal with their staff because they are directed to not be of assistance and they actually would not fill my support stocking precription correctly because they wanted me to take some cheaper off the wall they wanted to give me when my Insurance continually told me I could have the better brand and to have them call though, even when I got the owner, they refused to call the Insurance saying my insurance were wrong. They also made mistake after mistake and when I got support stockings with a whole when I opened them they told me to call their supplier when they knew they should send them back and honor the companies policy. I called the supplier and the supplier called them to remind them of the policies and now the pharmacy have blacklisted me and tried billing me $88 for the support stockings that they also asked me to bring back because they weren't supposed to give me those ones in the first place. This was a nightmare and not over. I am now dealing with the better business bureau. more

Very disagreable pharmacist at CUMBERLAND APOTHECARY. I am employed in a retail establishment and am very aware of the value of repeat business. The pharmacist at Cumberland Apothecary is extremely irritable and rude. She will not get my return business. more

This is a great little pharmacy! They sell many things that you can't find anywhere else. For example I was having foot surgery and needed a special shoe for afterwards. No place else had it but them. I also found their prices to be very resonable. And parking was no problem and they have a great location! more
